Sunny Isles Beach, FL Sunny Isles Beach, FL Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time From $17 an hour From $17 an hour We are looking for one part time 3 PM-11 PM and one full time 11 PM-7 AM (Overnight shift) competent Front Desk Managers to perform front desk procedures including guest and contractor check in/out and assure residents and visitors are following the rules and regulations of the building.
The ideal candidate will inspire a friendly, professional and respectful demeanor of authority as well as be observant and aware of the building's activities.
The goal is to provide excellent customer service while maintaining excellent working conditions and a courteous environment.
Responsibilities Perform front desk duties including taking phone calls, announcing guests and contractors, receiving packages from carriers and all other duties required of the front desk Manager as provided and may change from time to time.
Inspect guest parking areas routinely to identify any unauthorized parking Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property Report incidents including any building rules violations Check surveillance cameras routinely Investigate and report suspicious activity Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation Provide assistance to people in need Submit reports of daily activity and important occurrences Skills Strong customer service oriented Front Desk experience a plus Able to read and write legibly in English High School diploma or higher Job Types:
