$50,000 _____________________________________________________ Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Personnel Manager, Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR role experience Experience with recruitment processes and databases The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies Experience with identifying hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications Excellent communication skills Good interpersonal skills Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations A working knowledge of employment law Experience in educating and coaching staff ___________________________________________________ Personnel Manager Duties and Responsibilities The Personnel manager helps in recruiting the employees needed for the organization by collecting the information on manpower requirement from different departments Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs Develop recruitment goals and objectives Providing recruitment reports to team managers The Personnel manager helps in handling any issues related to the employer, employee relationship.
