This Commercial Real Estate Loan Closer will start off onsite and move to Hybrid position Need a seasoned Commercial loan closer.
Take files and work with paralegals, etc.
3 loans a week- 5 mil and up.
Salary and bonus plus 100% medical.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented Commercial Real Estate Loan Closer to join our team.
We have fewer files per month to close than a typical mortgage lender but these files demand rigorous attention to all aspects of the Loan.

Commercial Real Estate Loan Closer
Responsibilities:
The individual will ensure the timely and accurate closing of all loans originated.
Responsibilities also include assisting LO with the credit approval and monitoring process by gathering financial, asset and credit information with a focus on credit quality and overall risk management.
Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete accurate verified and complies with company policy.
Verify loan documents including property documents, credit, appraisal and title insurance ultimately preparing file to be closed.
Review file documents as needed and request pending items.
Order and review loan documents.
Communicate with borrowers, fellow employees and clients in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
Understand rules regulations, policies and/or procedures.
Develop Policies and Procedures and best practice checklists.
Gather information and take each file from pre-approval to closing.

Commercial Real Estate Loan Closer Job Functions:
The ideal candidate will have and will be responsible for leading operational aspects of the closing of commercial real estate loans in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities also include assisting LO with the credit approval and monitoring process by gathering financial, asset, and borrower information with a focus on loan file quality and overall risk management.
Order and review loan documents from the third-party attorney.
Responsible for ensuring that all loan documents and closing statements are accurate and reflect loan terms.
Review executed loan documents provided by Closing Agent.
Prepare final checklist for file completeness on each transaction.
Communicate with borrowers, fellow employees, and clients in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
Understand rules regulations, policies, and procedures.
Input proper loan information into the system for processing.
Attend to post-disbursement loan matters as requested.
Commercial Real Estate Loan Closer Qualifications & Prior
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree - an equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of 3 years of work-related experience including real estate documentation, and/or loan closing procedures.
Proficiency using Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
