Requirements:
Create and process service orders.
Follow with service calls completion.
Assist Maintenance Manager on all day-to-day operations to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with company policy and guidelines.
Perform internet research and order material/supplies.
Place order for material/supplies once approved.
Answer phone and email inquiries, provide customer service.
Schedule contractors for quotes and proposals.
Follow up with contractor for quotes and proposals.
Create reports in Excel.
Excellent communicator.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
