The primary purpose of the Field Marketing, Senior is to work in partnership with the area sales teams to develop marketing strategies and drive demand through localization of global/regional campaigns, execution of events, and account-based marketing programs. The role will activate, execute and/or develop demand as well as maintain strong field relations. This role drives visibility to, and adoption of, integrated messaging, promote new product launches, and adapt, activate and execute corporate programs to local market needs. The role is also responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for targeted field(s) including turnkey promotions, programs, and tools which help accelerate growth. This position will be focused on our automation and plant floor/manufacturing solutions, including fixed industrial scanning and machine vision. Responsibilities o Assist in the development of Local GTM Strategy along with territory sales leadership, including reputation, demand creation (including events & ABMs), plus sales enablement. o Work on content and campaign selection and localization to align with top sales priorities in territory o Contribute to Regional Solutions Marketing strategy to ensure local view is correctly represented in broader marketing efforts. o Partner with multiple marketing functions, sales, business intelligence, strategy and services to support the achievement of the local sales target. o Be the marketing support for key, strategic, named and territory accounts across multiple routes to market - direct, partner, distribution, etc. o Build & nurture a customer reference pipeline in region. o Support in-country NPI and PR activities, in partnership with global. o Create comprehensive local GTM marketing plans o Influence marketing driven territory pipeline and revenue and provide recommendations o Ensure successful seller adoption of enablement materials and local customer reference pipeline Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or related fields 5
years of experience in marketing with proven success in B2B marketing Experience with lead generation marketing communication is essential Strong program and event management skills including planning and execution The ability to effectively utilize digital marketing and communication tools Good brand management skills, project and vendor management abilities Strong writing and content management skills Excellent communication skills and commitment to teamwork and ability to operate in a matrix business environment Good analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Drives for results and is budget conscious Presentation skills a must Preferred Qualifications Account based marketing experience Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Suite Experience in manufacturing, plant floor or automation industries.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
